I'm 15 years old. I'm a female that is in 9th grade.
And I've come to realize that a lot of the things that i find very hard to concentrate on, and try to focus on... is different from other people my age.
I've always had a problem of concentrating on everything that isn't music. I play 5 instruments and I'm on my way to getting into a great music college. But i have a problem.. I need to make sure that my other classes are up there with my music class grades.
So symptoms.. :

1. I can literally loose focus on virtually anything in under 30 seconds.
2. I find my mind wondering all the time. And it's frustrating because i Cannot control it.
3. My mind's feels like it's a non stop engine. wanting to go faster and faster.
4. I always move my feet, my hands, anything to keep myself from sitting still for long periods of time.
5. I'm so disorganized. And I am unable to fix it. Even if my life depended on it.
6. ( i don't know if this has to do with anything) My dreams, seem to always have the same general concept. And it would go on like that for weeks. Until i have my mind stuck on something else.
7. I forget so many things. Very fast. Sometimes it feels like I have short term memory. And then once i've well forgotten something important, it comes back to me.
8. I loose everything.
9. I always always ALWAYS day dream. Even after i tell myself to focus. And I'm always day dreaming about the same thing.
10. I want everything to go faster than usual. Like.. anything pretty much!
11. If things are going slow, i get very irritable.
12. When i talk, i talk very very fast. to where no one can understand me at times.
13. I procrastinate till the last second.
14. I start millions of projects. And i can't even finish one.

So there's just some of my conflicts of every day life. And My life is already cluttered as it is. And i want help. So yeah

Now with some of my OCD issues.

1. It bugs me when things aren't in sync with eachother
I.E Car blinkers, Music, walking sometimes, swings on a swing set, clapping.
2. When things aren't where they're suppossed to be. Like in grocery stores. and they're crooked and/ or in the wrong spot.
3. when instruments aren't PERFECTLY in tune.
4. When things are slower than i want them to be.

There's more, But as you can tell, It would take forever to go through them all. so what are your views on my every day life conflicts?
should i go and get help? get screened ?
thank you.

A lot of the stuff you say sound like ADD/OCD, except one piece doesn't fit. The fact that you CAN concentrate on your music (and presumably not fidget while playing it), makes me strongly suspect that you DON'T have ADHD. ADHD is not selective. You can't have ADHD for things you don't like, but them have your symptoms disappear when you are doing something you enjoy. It just doesn't work that way.

As for OCD -- many people have OCD features. But how many hours a day do you spend on your compulsions? Does it cause an impairment in your functioning? If it doesn't, then you don't have OCD.

Is it possible though this person is hyper focusing on their music?
