I agree. I had several sessions before I was diagnosed, and there were multiple tests, and I had to have my husband and a friend answer some questions about my behavior. I initially thought it was a crock, because "adults don't have that!" So I actually got another opinion. I had decided in advance I was bipolar, I knew I was depressed, but I have mood swings, and I was just CERTAIN that was what it was.

I had never heard of adult adhd.
