I was just wondering what the best medication was for ADHD and perhaps ADD also. I am looking more towards natural remedies like 5-HTP. Can anyone suggest some things to take or provide any experiences with 5-HTP? Thanks for the help.

Hmm -
I have never heard of 5-HTP being used for ADHD.... I know it has been deemed effective in mild to moderate anxiety as well as for full blown anxiety disorders - it can also help with insomnia and depression.

Basically 5-HTP works by raising low Serotonin levels in the body.
