Hello all. Well as a newly diagnosed ADD patient, and having surgery last Thursday, which was supposed to be in and out (but wasn't). I am worn out. I really get no support from my wife, my kids all life out of the area, so I am on my own. I a really considering leaving and starting life somewhere else. So I guess what I am asking where is a quiet place with good doctors and therapists and where maybe I could make some friends. My only friends right now are my dog and two cats. Well I want to write more however it is off to the doctor for my diabetes check.

Sloviak44, I'm sorry you are feeling this way, my husband has ADD and I know the frustation is too much sometimes.
Now, if you don't mind me asking, Do you think is a good idea just to leave everything and move somewhere else? What I'm trying to say is that if you have those relantinships, you might want to leave everything in order before you go.
I don't know the situation, but if you need a ear, I'm here.
Also..
Welcome to our forum!

Hi Sloviak - I can "hear" the frustration and lonliness in your font. I also can't really advise about leaving, because I don't think that it will solve your problems, but I want you to know that you are welcome to the support you can receive here, and make some friends here too.

Hang in there,
LMo
