I know that you cannot make a diagnosis based on EEG, I don't treat it this way, but just wanted to share. I experience many Asperger Syndrome, ADD traits, also have other disorders such as GAD and PTSD. Maybe you got your EEG done, what were your results?

I don't have them written in English, but I'll try my best with translation.

I have plenty of alpha waves (9-11 Hz with 70 uV amplitude), dominating in the parietal - occipital part of the brain and there are some free waves with 5-7 Hz in the frontal and temporal part.

There are extremely high beta waves, especially in the frontal brain part.

By the "free waves" I meant some theta and delta waves appearing.

From what I've gathered, the highened activity of beta waves are indicators of strong alertness and anxiety, good memory working, strong reactions to the enviroment, paranoia, hypersensitivity, but also high IQ and creativity, self consciousness, critical reasoning and restlesness. The Alpha waves are mostly about consciousness and I have to say, that those results helped me a lot with my schiz OCD- because people with schizophrenia often have very low alpha waves. The theta and delta waves occurring while being awake are not very good though and are linked to learning disorders, daydreaming and troubles concentrating.

I can't go through the graph, because I don't know how to read it, but the written part of the results shows what I've already known: the tendencies towards anxiety, ADD, bipolar, Asperger's, OCD. At least that's how I understand it.

There's probably no brain damage, because the waves occur in the right parts of the brain.
