Hi, I've just took that little survey and my results are mild ADD, Whatever that means. So I just wanted to know If anyone was going thru the same thing. I always find myself drifting away In my mine. I got three kids In california and Im planing to go back soon. Im thinking It could fix what Im going through. Im always on my computer and I mean always. After work strait to my pc. I find my self relaxed only when Im driving my car but also my mine gets to daydreaming when Im driving. Havent caused any accedents I pick up my guitar and sometimes I practice the way I want to and sometimes I cant focus and loose Interest. Im learning game development and when I read my tutorials guess what? My mine drifts again and loose Interest. I also find my self organizing my pc files and never satisfied. I sometimes dont want to have conversations with people because I dont want to cut somone off In the middle of a sentence. I always catch myself saying things that I shouldnt say. The quiz says mild but I really dislike how I am sometimes wishing I could be someone else. So before I see a doctor about It, does this sound like Adult ADD or something else?

I think you have many of the symptoms an undiagnosed male your age would be experiencing. Take a good look at your parents and how they are. I was brought up be a single undiagnosed add mother. Ive done alot of research of the types of add adhd people can have. Learning about my condition is extremely thereputic and I am learning how to do things a little different in order to get it done. These are the answers that I needed to know why I was this carefree impulsive lovestarved girl. I have a wonderful therepist/coach who is giving me ideas and techniques that I use everyday. People like us just need to a different kind of stimulation to stay interested in a sugject.. This comes with practice and maybe meds to start. Well hope Ive answered your?? A really interesting book is ADD & romance by halverstadt, MS.
