First of all, it hurts the employer almost as much to let you go as it does to be terminated.
They will have to hire and re-train someone to take your place, so there must have been some serious issues that prompted your termination.
You must become absolutely clear exactly what they were and write them down for reference so that you do not repeat them. Old habits die hard.
Second, if you want to salvage this job, I believe there is always a second chance (see reasons above), if you truly want it.
Third, was this the right job for you? Perhaps it was too structured with too many deadlines...those are not good for adhd types.
You might need another career with more artisitic leanings, which will allow you to be yourself.
If you truly love a job, you will do it well.
No job well done goes unnoticed....the money will follow.

Yup it was pretty bad. I took this job out of desparation. and i need to keep it for the same reason. lots of deadlines. and on a daily basis.so i dont see this lasting. but i want to make it work. i picked up a dayplanner. printed out on paper 10 things to tie up. when i close out those ten things. i will move on. hope for the best. thank you for the response. i know this isnt a good fit. but i hvae to make it fit.
regards.
