what is wrong with me seriously.
I'm on meds. do i call my doctor ,
Just saw him today. never dx with adhd. anxiety ocd more.
is a stimulant the only answer?

It's ok, there is not right answer for anyone, it's important to try different things to try to calm your mind down. I too have had similar issues, but we can pull through it together.

Hi. When I went through the "change", I could not concentrate on one task whereas I was tunnel vision beforehand. It is very frustrating.

I went through a similar situation. It ended out being ADHD, and the medication but even more understanding what ADHD actually is and how it presents gave me my life back.

It seemed so illogical at the time(a stimulant for someone who is anxious), but I was happily surprised when my anxiety and obsssive thoughts actions subsided.

My doc equates it to putting on glasses for your brain.
