Hello there! I am still waiting on that info. I did say you would have it by today so, I'll forward it to you as soon as I get it. I just didn't want to leave you hanging.

FYI: I witnessed an few adults going through Dr. Hartmans program for literacy improvement. I was stoned when I saw the before and after evaluations, and not only that, but how they "learned to learn diferent" and kept on using the tools they acquired through the program to improve their ability to handle day to day stuff.

Anyway, I'll get back to you as soon as I get the contact information.

Literacy improvement? What kind of people does Dr. Hartman help? Not to toot my own horn, but I'm a college grad, an Army Officer, and now a financial planner.

"learned to learn different" Is that what I have to do?

I received both books I ordered from the library. I may have to turn around and buy them as I started one and didn't get through the first chapter. I have three weeks plus one renewal to read both books. Although I did find it interesting enough to hold my interest, I couldn't stop thinking about my new video game. Driven to Distraction is what I tried to read. I did chuckle when i told my husband what I was reading. I said it was a book about me, then told him the title. I'm still not sure what type of support to expect from him. I do laugh when he asks for undies or a shirt and I tell him to look in his bureau. Dr. Hartman he is not used to finding things where they belong.

Maybe I should start or find a thread about how to be the spouse of someone with ADD.

I know I am very smart, I just can't think right.

Thank you Gloria. I look forward to that info whenever you find it.

I know that Todd, what happens is, there are many ADD people that have difficulties with literacy. Like I said before, that is ONE of her programs.

Several people with ADD/ADHD have masters and PhD. Like Dr. Hartman would say, ADD or ADHD is not a learning disability, it is a learning diference.
