Can you put on some soothing music, for you, as background, and get someplace to breathe... calm... breathe.

Blech. Med side effects are bad enough when they're "good" but your sons just sound ... blech.

I wish I knew anything about meds enough to recommend something else but alas I don't.

Love you bunches, take some time out for YOU somehow. I mean that.

My son was on Risperdal for less than a mths when young . I removed it as it made him worse, imo.
When he took it what ever he thought he did.
I hope and pray your son gets all the help he can.
your a good mom you keep up on it.
Trust me I know how hard it can be, Thou you have it harder so ((big hug)) to you
as each child is different.
with mine and like i said each one is different . once he went off all meds and help from his school and a few really good drs. LIfe totally imporved. Not that there is not still issues , but not like before.
To me his change was a mircle.
May you get one , may you get all the help you need.

l see your daily struggles each day as you try to find the best and most appropriate help for 'G' and through it all you never cease to amaze me. Each time you feel that you can't carry on like this you somehow from somewhere find the strength to walk the next day. I know you say many many times that it is your fault and what if and should but hunny you are a total inspiration to me.
As far as mothers go l think we all try to walk that extra mile alot of the time neglecting our own needs and wants in the process but YOU NINA give it all 150% all the time but then you are hard on yourself when for one moment you need to take 10% for you . Like right now full of the flu, high temperature and feeling loosy...................do you rest NO!!! still you are worring and fretting over the next minute as who knows what it will bring.
Nina we all love you lots..........but to give 'G' and the rest of the family dont forget yourself. I am counting the days til you get to the UK so l can boss you about and make you get some rest ( only joking about bossing you about) but l hope your trip here to the UK will be as restful and relaxing as possible. Take care my friend and get well soon many hugs to you but hey no passing the cold back to me.......YOU have nothing to reproach yourself for because YOU NINA GIVE IT ALL AND THEN SOME MORE. take each moment as its comes hunny and remember l am always there right at your side as you walk this difficult path
Love you Always
Mandyxxxx

If you need me call me.............. you have my number!!!!! roflol

Hi Daynnight,
thanks for the video thread - I had no idea this could be one of the side effects. I can understand why you're so worried, as I 'm a mother myself. It's so scary that it's irreversible too. My heart and prayers go out to you.

Mandy... what would I do without you, my dear special friend?!!!!!!!

You're compassionate and at the same time filled with that wonderful sense of humour of yours.

Hmm... I think you know me... and oh... does that mean I've not ruined your ears totally yet?

(((((( sas ))))))) Love ya!
