One of the things that fits very well with me, is I have read that aspies, and possibly autistic people as well have long drawn out temper sessions, and I was wondering is there anything that can be done to mitigate that? Or not get so angry for sometimes something that I know I can't do anything about at the moment?

Are you getting any treatment for your problem? Seeing a therapist?
There are some books on how to deal with anger. Off hand, I suggest seeing if you can get access to one. ![]() |

some things I've tried are
-walking as fast as i can until I'm drained - taking very deep breaths and letting them out slowly until I'm calm -writing out what I'm angry about and what I could say to the person that might help remedy the situation if it involves another person. -talking with someone else until I start to feel calm. That would be my goal to get to calm. I don't have aspergers or autism but these have helped me.
