I have aspergers myself. Its hard for me to understand what others are saying sometimes and doesnt help when it seems as if everyone wants you to change to be how they are. Also its hard for me to make friends and when i do finnally make a friend i tend to mess up somehow and they dont want to talk to me ever again. I have learned the hard way that you cant really tell anyone that you have aspergers or you will get called names and get picked on and teased. I also have panic attacks and trouble sleeping. Can be irritable at times and get angry. I sometimes say stuff that is mean and regret it later more then others do, but still i am a person and i think that shouldnt change everything. Right?

I have aspergers and sometimes it makes things difficult for me. I was diagnosed in the beginning of this year. Even though i have always struggled with talking and keeping a conversation going and remembering not to be mean to others.

Well it doesn't matter. You don't have to have CEO-like communication skills to survive. You just need to know all the basic "unwritten" rules (i.e. common sense). The only times I've ever talked to strangers was to place orders for food, which is fairly routine. And you can tell by my username that I probably have worse communication skills but that doesn't get me down. I know I can find things to do to pass the time
