I had a talk with her about me. She doesn't know about Asperger's, and I don't plan to tell her; I'm only giving her hints, maybe that way she'll get off me and leave me be. But she refuses to believe I was born this way, it's not something made by the unhealthy environment I grew up in like she claims. Perhaps the environment did some changes too, but no significant ones. She keeps saying the reason I don't like spending time socialising is because, as a kid, I couldn't do that very often, etc. It really made me angry and hostile and I'm struggling to calm down.
Do you have similar conversations? How do you manage them?

Hey bro, I understand your problem. You should first confirm your diagnosis with a psychiatrist before taking this . Tell your mom you want to share things with her. If she says ok, then tell her to take you to a psychiatrist. If she is rude or she says no, ask ur dad or uncle or anyone who is close with u to explain to ur mom and meet the psychiatrist

I am a psychic. As far as I see, you have disturbed feelings that is you feel guilty sometimes, disturbed sleep and you are a calm person who gets angry after a long time of stress. I would suggest you to live your life on your own without your mom's help. But respect her and keep her happy. Your problem is going to come to an end soon.

I've already been to a psychiatrist, but I asked not to be registered anywhere, that's where the 'unoficial diagnosis' comes from. My mother doesn't know though. The problem is, when we try to talk, I always end up angry. Maybe it's my problem, I wouldn't say no, but I want to know how to keep calm during such moments. I noticed that being argued against makes me very angry, especially if I know what's going on.

The gift I'll give you is this popular saying

"You've got problems, deal with it, choose the best way to deal with it"..
