I'm not sure if this is the appropriate forum or should I post in the Psychotherapy section and I'm assuming cross-posting is frowned upon here.

Well... I'm not a moderator or anything. So I can't give you an official ruling on this. If you want one you could personal message one of the moderators either in this forum or in the psychotherapy forum. My personal thinking on this would be that the Psychotherapy forum would be the appropriate place to post with regard to ABA therapy. Actually, it's not unusual to see a member post the same thread on two different forums.
