|
Hello, I thought I should introduce myself.
 I am in my early 50s and I was diagnosed with AVPD and anxiety in my 20s. It doesn't destroy my life like it used to, but AVPD is still there in my mind.

I have not been diagnosed with this disorder, but it seems like it might be something that causes issues for me. I'll look into it more, it's very interesting.
