Secret Life of the Manic Depressive
on youtube.

very triggering.

just bought:
taming bipolar disorder - Lori Oliwenstien
and
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Workbook for Dummies

as well as:
Junky - William S Burroughs
and
Hot Water Music - Bukowski
for fun.

The amount of money I've spent lately is scary. I can draw a line on my mood chart and say, "this represents $1600.00." I'm having a very, very hard day today.

I can share with your experience with money, I am terrible and always, despite my best efforts, getting into trouble. I have done all the usual and limited my access to my funds but when I am manic I somehow still manage to spend spend and spend again and again. Then when reality hits I panic and like you say I get very very hard days. But then its money, its not exactly the end of my world I say to myself.
