I *think* it might be a false alarm. I got pretty down on myself while I was doing so net research on finding things to help me, guess I just started to read too much and I let it got to me. I *think* I'm ok, although still not The inevitable! GreyGoose suggested I take something to help me, never occured to me to do that, so gonna do that right now and hope that in 1/2 hr I'll be The inevitable! The inevitable! Also hoping when I wake up tomorrow, my mood will be ok and not on the down turn. The inevitable!

Thanks, I'll check out your other post. My mood seems to be 'ok' but physically today I'm feeling like real crap. Not sure the cause, stress? med reactions? God only knows. I just feel like the physical part of my body is rebelling against everything lately. The inevitable!

Have you ever received massage therapy by a qualified Licensed Massage Therapist? I know $ is an issue, but you can go to the massage schools and receive massage from the students there for free or no more than $5-10. I highly recommend this for you.

No I haven't and I don't think I would feel comfortable with that. BTW, the cycles have shifted and it's definitely not good. The inevitable!

I'm so sorry to hear that AG. I know how it is though, it gets so draining with the ups and downs. I hope you're doing whatever you can to buffer yourself from the deep depression and the abyss. I know how easily you go there, but I'd like to see you doing something, anything to try and help preventing that from happening. Keep posting, get the support and love and encouragement you need. so many of us are here for you without judgement and with your best interest at heart. Keep your chin up, kay?
TgrsPurr. Big hugs and kisses.
