... where she stops nobody knows. Yep, having some fun here. At least the meds are helping to keep it in check.

Midol anyone? LOL.

Ry, you're doing great. I know that the internal world feels all a jumble. But by posting here you're focusing that energy in a constructive way and we're here to support you.

I saw the photo you put up in the gallery, you look very different than I expected. What a cutey! Keep your chin up Babe, you never know what's just around the corner.

Do you log your moods on a daily basis? Do you have a big picture of your cycles so you can know what to expect? I find this to be extremely helpful. I must confess though that cycles for me lately have been out of the norm, you too?

You're an awesome asset to PC Ryan, don't ever lose sight of that fact.
TgrsPurr. xoxo

LMAO!!! It sure did sqrl. Now I can just enjoy and embrace the ride. I feel a workout coming on. That'll make me feel good.

Tgrs, I'm blushing. Seriously. And my roommate (ex) took her midol with her to work so I'm clean out. Anyway, thank you so much for your warm and kind words. I've been meaning to log my cycles, but I've got them about as "figured out" as I think one can. I'm still learning who I am now that I know about this, but it's certainly an interesting journey. In a sense, the inner reflection is like using a mind altering drug. I have to open my mind to anything and everything I think and feel. As Masta Sqrl said, live a beat behind the emotions. Sometimes it's hard but when I git 'er done, it's so very helpful. Anyway, thanks for the kind words.

It would seem that the mini cycles are faster than the unmedicated big ole cycles. I'm kinda blue now. I hope the bottom is here soon.

Sorry Ry. I hope you feel better soon. I'm residing in the bottom where no intelligent, sensible person would dare to go. Round and round and round she goes...
