I don't have PMS right now.
But lately I have been having bouts of anger and frustration about everyone and everything. These feelings take over my entire body and affect my perceptions of the world around me and other people. I am just so filled with anger and frustration that it is overwhelming and unhealthy. I don't want to harm anyone. I just have bouts of anger and frustation. I have distanced myself from people who are unhealthy in my life. I have lowered my expectations for everyone in my life or that I may encounter. But I still have bouts of anger that I cling onto for hours on end. What should I do to vent my anger when I have no mental health support services (doctors...etc)? |

I was talking to a friend about this just a bit ago coz I'm the same just now. His advice may sound weird but he suggested I buy myself a punchbag to hang up. I know it's not much of an idea but at least it's non-destructive.
And is it possible to see a counsellor maybe, it's not much but at least it's something? Sorry things are rough just now for you, ((Zen)) ![]() |

Hit something!!!! Hit is hard and until you are all out of energy! That's what I do when I'm pissed beyond anything. Get a punching bag or something like that to beat the **** out of. I have made the mistake of hitting the walls with my fist and have turned them black and blue, swelling up to where they can't be moved or touched. That, I dont recommend! But it makes you feel so damn great to get all that anger out. And scream when you do it, or talk to the bag like your talking to the thing that is pissing you off! |
