I dont know what to do? I cant handle the mood swings. My meds work great becuase they are ten times worse without them. I know meds dont fully cure it though.

If you need to, can you call a crisis line, or go the the ER? Do you have a friend or family member who can stay with you?

your not alone, itoo feel so depressed and it does feel lonely, but you have alot of support here, and this too shall pass...,right? hang in there, we know nothing stays the same-bp disorder rules!!

I do have a T to talk to and one who gives meds. I go to see the med doc Jan 2, I play to talk to him then but for now it is just sit and wait.

Don't be afraid to call your pdoc NOW. Let him know how depressed you are and maybe he can tweak your meds before Jan 2. I'm sure he doesn't want you to suffer.
