Hey! I just found the greatest thing in the quizzes section of this site. Its a mood tracker! I've tried to use some that I had to print out or fill in information into an excell like document before, but I had a hard time doing it. This tracker was very easy and asked really pertinent questions, but only a few (I think there were less than 10 in all). It charts your moods! Each day you add a new section to the graph so you can see how you are doing over a certain period of time. Just wanted to share it with everyone.

Thanks for this!

I used it for a while, even on the lamictal, I still shift from mild mania to mild depression once a day or probably less

I have been using the mood tracker since September. It is a great tool to keep up with my moods. I check in on my changes about once every 2 weeks. It is amazing seeing how the chart shows the differences in my moods. I am usually all over the place.
