My meds really help me for my bi polar and I know when my moods change. They changes so many times is one day.

When I wake up in the moring at like 7am, I am sad
By 9am, I am ok
At like 12pm, I start getting sad again
By 3pm, I begin to get better
By 6p, I am relaxed
By 8p, I get horrible depressed at the way till I go to bed.

I know my meds work very well becuase I have been off them before and that ended up very bad. I just don't understand how I can know all of this about me and not know how to change it. It confuses me so much.
Does anyone know there moods like I do?

Here was my day today:
Woke up: was ok
9:00 slightly manic
11:00 anxious
1:00 ok
3:00 blah...
4:00 Mt. Dew
Since then I've been kinda tired.

This week my goal is to be more mindful of what i'm doing and what is going on around me when my moods change. Then I will see what i can eliminate.
Thanks for this!

I went to bed at 4.30am in the morning
Got up at 8.30am this morning
Quite agitated and rushed about all morning
In afternoon, quite sleepy and lose concentration
In the evening, no energy, listless
Now can't sleep
Thoughts very active at the moment.

That's the summary how I felt since yesterday until now.
Thanks for this!
