Well, I am better now. I don't feel 100 % but I'm finally going back to work Tuesday. I was sucidial. The only reason why I didn't do it was because my husband was so supportive and I didn't want to hurt him. I finally had to go into the hospital. But they put me on 30 mg cyprexa and it helped so much I was out in 5 days. I feel o.k. but not 100 %. The past few weeks have been hard on me. I hope everybody is O. K. Please reply to me.

Having suicidal thoughts and intents is always difficult. I am relieved that although I am a little down I am not suicidal. I have "early warning" thoughts that help me know when suicidal thoughts are coming. First I have intrustive thoughts that I wish I had something wrong with me that others could see, they progress to wishing I was dying (passive suicidal thoughts), and finally having active suicidal thoughts. I guess that's helpful but it doesn't mean I can avoid the active suicidal thoughts.
I hope you continue to improve!

Glad you're feeling better. Are you currently in therapy? I find this can be quite helpful, especially when going through really tough times. Please keep us updated on how you're doing, and take it easy!

Glad you are doing better! I know exactly how you feel, only I did attempt to take my life. After spending 5 days in the hospital and put on the right meds, I am doing much better now. What a difference the right meds can make!

Thank you all for thinking about me. It is a slow process. I see my T later on in the month. I may not go to work tomorrow because of snow. But that will be alright. I just hope I can do my job like I used to.
Thank you all again.

You are an awesome survivor! We can live with this disorder with the right meds, the right doctors and support from our family, friends and groups like this. And my faith keeps me on this earth when I don't want to be. Keep talking and we will keep listening!
