You do not suck, BNLsMOM.

Do you want to talk about today? Did anything in particular happen, or are you just feeling cruddy?

You don't suck. Bad days come and bad days go. Don't beat yourself up too much, I am sure it was not as bad as you might think.

Cheer up, we are here if you need us.

Husband was sick, I couldn't handle the day without him. It proved how little I can handle. I was awful to my kids. impatient, and I sent them to their rooms. After I yelled at them. My oldest had trouble with ADHD and developmental delays and I couldn't be patient with him. The little one cried so hard that he couldn't breathe. Then I jammed my thumb so hard opening a baby gate that I started screaming and burst into tears.

I am so tired. My thumb hurts. I am typing without it.

Your husband bieng sick did not prove that you couldn't handle the day without him. You had a sick him, as well as everything else in life. You took on extra, and yes you may have not been as patient as you would have liked, but I am sure a hug from the kids will help.... as for the thumb, ice may help .

It sounds like you have little ones... they seem to know exactly what buttons, and when to push them. Get some rest and you will feel better.

Big hugs for you. Tomorrow won't suck as much. That's pretty much always true. But you can tell me if I'm wrong. Then I'll say, but it won't suck forever. It always seems like it will at the time. You can always make up with your kids. They'll forgive you.

You don't suck!! Everyone has rotten days, we just tend to be harder on ourselves than others. Hang in there and I hope that tomorrow is better. Here are some more hugs for you
