Like two month ago my T told me that one of my alters is BP,
this didn't shock me because I always been action out of control in many times and be like that for days or weeks then this suddenly depression.

A week ago my boss was really rude with me and I hit him very close to his face I hit a wall. and hurt really bad one hand I was so vulnerable and in rage.

The second day I was really depress and they admit me to a mental hospital I was out control and for my safe they did it. I 'eve been thinking and will like your opinion.

Is all this actions normal for a BP personality?

I don't know what to say, just feeling sorry for you.

I am myself regarded as a person not to meddle with at work, and my policy is "Take or Leave"... I am not the boss there either, plenty of people senior to me, but this works for me.

I hope and pray that things work out for you!

And some words for you, in context to the "Password" thread:

PRIDE

SMILE

Have a great day!

Genn I struggle with my temper at work a lot too, I don't know if is related to my bipolar disorder or not, I've found walking away from the situation or doing some deep breathes and counting slowly to ten helps a lot, I sometimes find when I"m manic I have a harder time controlling my actions, what I do is I have a "saftey" buddy a close friend I can call or rely on to tell me when I'm becoming a bit out of hand, T also has me do mood charts to track my moods

I used to lose my temper all the time. It was one of the most distressing symptoms of my bipolar. It is much better now that I am on medication and in therapy. I am not sure how meds and therapy affects alters with MI. I don't have any experience with it.

I hope you are doing well.

idk about anyone else, but i have a raging temper, i can go from zero to one hundred in a split second, and it always gets me into trouble, i have no way to control it, no methods to calm myself, but i know how you feel, for me its normal, not sure for anyone else.
