Sounds like a little mania... exercise is awesome, especially when you are having a hard time sleeping. It's one of the things I currently wish I could get back too right now.

Whenever I had a little walk in the woods in the morning, even if it was just a mile, I felt better the rest of the day. One of our best brain chemicals is endorphines and unlike caffeine they don't trigger more mania, at least for me.

oh my, dontbe too hard on yourself, and exercise?? is that the best he can do??? maybe he dousnt understand the impusivity of the NEED to talk, how we wish we were not talking, the struggle to remain calm, slow down.... sometimes im that way and i tell myself"shut up!! " my own voice makes my skin crawl....i dont feel im coming across clearly when taliking...its horrible... sending you hugs and hang in there it cant last too much longer, at least with me it will be a few days of annoying behavior, best wishes and take care

I always talk too much...I'm still looking for the off switch on my tongue LOL...sometimes singing along to some favorite songs helps me, I can still use my voice and I'm not just chatting about nothing. In fact, that's what I've been doing all morning...take care!!

Well, people either love me or hate me - as I am... And I am known to be a fast talker. Which only gets worse when I'm hypomanic. I can be a bit selfish and really don't take too much notice of my talking too much. I'm sure someone will tell me to shut up if it really is too much! Lol
