Hey all

So its like nearly 4am and I cant sleep. Reason? I'm weaning myself off zopiclone which I have taken for the past 2 yrs because of tinnitus. Now I am used to my tinnitus but find it near impossible to sleep without zopiclone.

I decided to write some stuff, which I have in the creative corner but now feel somewhat triggered I thought it would help but no it didnt and now not only am i tired but my head is in a whirlwind and my stomace feels tight and sick. My past haunts me.

I sometimes wish someone would go in there and erase some of the things that haunt me.

Zopiclone and me:

I was prescribed this to help me sleep the night through. I was not told that you are not meant to take it for more than 14 days uninterrupted. I was on 7.5mg. When I felt on top of things, I'd just not take it. ON those days I keep waking up in the middle of the night, wake up in a sweat, can't even get to sleep initially and sometimes wake up with anxiety.
I don't quite know what I'm supposed to do, as I feel I'm addicted to it, and I don't like the thought of it. Took one last night and had a decent night's sleep
