If my pdoc changes my meds, will I go through withdrawal from the ones I get took off of?

probably. This is why one usually tapers off from one medication, and then starts the next one slowly. Low dose and gradually increasing.

I hate changing meds, between side effects of new ones, and my brain adjusting to the old ones going... its always a bit rocky for a bit. one day great, another the next a pit of depression beyond belief then fine again...
I think of it as the drugs doing battle with my head before they come to a mutual agreement... Tapering drugs good, not tapering REALLY bad (I've been a bit non-compliant at times!) |

I've tried to stop cold-turkey and it was terrible. Not again for me. Tapering is the right way
