Yea, Trippin! So glad you're feeling better! Guess that *is* an upside to rapid cycling. Glad you discovered that! Might as well find what we can in that department, eh?

I'm so glad you got your meds, and glad you got a brother to help when needed. It sounded like you went through pure hell. I'm glad you're out of it. Hope the meds keep you out of it. take care of yourself and be gentle to yourself. Hugs, Owl.
Thanks for this!

Glad things are looking better.
And that you feel comfortable enough to confide in your brother. That kind of support is invaluable.
What's the update on the Boyfriend issue? You really need to kick the guilt out - that's the illness and devil talking. You know your bf has been super supportive and he knows the whole story, yet still chooses to stick around - this has been his decision. Give yourselves a chance!

BF update: I made up my mind, no more love and intimacy.

It's simpler and safer for me, and so what if that's selfish, it's the only armor I do have...

I don't see the point in having such a huge oxymoron in my life. i.e LOVE/TRIGGER I'm better off without thank you very much.

And in hindsight, if he was everything I thought he was, he would've known the difference between me and BP me, so I'm not crying over his exit anymore.

I commend those of you who can have meaningful relationships whilst in the midst of your very own bipolar cloud, I on the other hand cannot. End of story

So Suga, that's the way the cookie crumbles, even though I was crushed, I can't say I'm at all surprised, who knows, maybe I subconsciously sabotaged it from the start? IDK, what I do know, is: It's time to put the past in the behind and get on with it eh
