Lamictal 150 mg bid - bipolar
Celexa 20 mg qd - bipolar
Zopiclone 7.5mg prn - sleep
Epival (sodium divalproex) 250 mg qd - migraines & bipolar
Maxalt-RPD 10mg prn (up to tid) - migraines

I'd like to play around a bit more with the Lamictal & Epival to find the right proportion to keep be stable and to work as migraine prevention. If I can, I would like to get of the Celexa, but that's a task for another summer.

I'm in NZ, where my psych told me there are only two drugs available here, lithium and some anti-epileptic med. Over here almost everyone is on lithium as their primary drug, I guess we have a bad health system.
Both their side effects aren't worth it for me (living with side effects doesn't seem right), but I was on lithium 1750-2000mg

Are you sure? I have never heard of anyone being on that high dose of Lithium. No wonder you had side effects.

1500mg Lithium Carbonate
I used to be on Citalopram and Wellbutrin XL.
When I was in prison those cretins refused to buy the Wellbutrin XL and chose to give me 6 50mg of non time released Wellbutrin at one time.(and they made sure you swallowed it.) That really tore me up. I got in big trouble for demanding to see the prison shrink to tell him what was happening. They got me the right meds but I received "special treatment" for the rest of my stay. I was so messed up afterwards that I weaned myself off of them. Did quite well for 6 years until this disaster. Now I can't sell my kidney to get an antidepressant out of my doc (now sacked). I am looking for another shrink.

Currently:

20 mg Lexipro am
150 mg Lamictal pm

I am currently stable and coming out of a depression. As soon as I start to feel a little hypo, I'll gradually stop taking the Lexapro.

When it reaches a point where I can't sleep, and the mania is kicking in, I'll add 10 mg. Seroquel at night and Ambien and Xannax as needed.

PRN stands for "Pro re nata" in Latin. It just means as the need arises. So they're meds you take when you need them, for example if you're getting really agitated.
