Life in the bipolar world is difficult enough without depressing it more!
You're definitely right..life in the bipolar world is tough...and sometimes it's hard for us to understand, perceive or follow protocol; particularly when we're in a phase. I have been rapidly spiraling into a serious depression, I have been home alone for weeks, and if I didn't have understanding friends here who know I won't always say the right things or post them in a more appropriate thread, or believe I'm attempting to make it "even more depressing", then I'm pretty sure it would be the end of me.

I apologize in advance if I've overstepped my bounds.

It's all good.
I posted the thread.
I needed to post the thread.
I was in a BIPOLAR GOOD MOOD - which is A GOOD THING.
As you said the moods spiral and when they spiral down is as never ending.

SO THIS is exactly WHY I had POSTED WHEN I DID............

BUT NOW THAT MOMENT HAS PASSED and I am in another zone.
Thanks for this!

I think alot of people are bi-polar and are in denial, so at least we are all owning up to it.

Yeah isn't it just great. I used to say it's the worst diease, but the most interesting one!

But at least I'm not boring! Not knowing whether coming or going!
Definitely not a PRE-Planner though!

Never could lay my clothes out the night before work.

You guys are great!

I've had people actually walk away from me once they knew.

Oh I'll share this. Instead of saying I'm Social Security - I now say
I'm Retired! Seeing that I'm almost 50 I can get away with it.
Thanks for this!
