Well, hi at least! It's much earlier here right now, though I was up at an equivalent time to yours last night. It's very frustrating, isn't it? Came on PC (Hey! Same as you! )
Trying to remember from your posts... are you on any meds or are you seeing anyone (Pdoc, T?) I don't have anything specifically prescribed for sleep, but one thing that will work, and that's with an intermittant problem. If it's a chronic (or through a manic phase, which can certainly be long enough!), have you enquired about something to help with that?

(Btw, Toooootally agree with PT52 just above.)

Well, dang! I hope they can figure out something, because not sleeping sucks! Sure, the ol' journal can get a workout, but...
Wishing very much for sweet sweet for you.
(My problem is more staying asleep...)

Yeah, I was just wondering what they had you on. some of the stuff I have isn't so hot for sleeping. Efexor can give me some wild dreams, but refreshing sleep, heh he, not. I can see why this girl is you ex best friend and not you current best friend. The "ex" speak volumes in favor of your taste. Forget her.

Yeah, it's hard not to blame yourself..especially when people suggest it's somehow your fault. Hope you get some rest soon.
