my whole body feels like its pumping with blood, i can feel it inside like its actually ON the outside.
its making me want to cut my arms, to let the blood out, cause if not i feel like i might burst...
not sure if this is physical or mental.
i feel mental.
my whole body is tingling like mad and i need someone just to acknowlegde me, i can now feel it in my neck as well

I don't think your body can overflow with blood
Just breathe widgets... you may be having a panic attack.

it's ok, your ok, keep breathing...
I think miracle is right, its a panic attack...
take slow deep breaths, focus only on the breath going in and then out, every time you breath out, let your body relax...
you will be ok

I get that sensation some times - like major adrenalin rush.
Make sure to get up and walk around; get your mind onto something else and it WILL subside. Be safe and DO NOT hurt yourself

Widgets, I feel like that quite often. I suspect it is a physical manic symptom. Hnag on. You are OK. it can be scary, but you are OK. Take a walk, Do the breathing that has been suggest, listen to some soothing music or take a warm, soothing bath. It will pass. Stay away fom Coffee and tea fora bit. If you want, stay on line. I can't be here, so long, but others are here more often. You are going to be OK: It will pass. HUGGGGGGGS hon.

Thank you everyone for your support!
it was so weird, it last until around 1am, i then fell asleep and woke up this morning, fine, had a good day at work today and feel ok?
It was the scariest thing i have ever experienced tho.
I dont feel i cant tell anyone, even my doc, i feel people will judge me so much!
so it was so good to read all your messages, they helped me a lot, even though i lost the strength to write anything else.
Does anyone know what these episodes are?
is it a specific thing to feel your bleeding inside or do people have different types of these experiences?
i have never heard of this happening before.
The only thing like that thats ever happened to me before was around this time last year, i went a week convinced i couldnt breathe, it turns out it was a panic attack and because i couldnt breathe i was panicking more!
if anyone knows anything that can shed any light on why it happened i would be grateful!

You talked to us, and no one judged you. Your doc won't judge you, either...just tell him (her) so that maybe you will have resources in case it happens again.
