Lara - you are giving so much of yourself to others, before you have given to yourself.
This is a recipe for disaster, especially as you suffer from BP - you ARE going to burn-out. As hard as it seems, you need to take the time out to look after yourself. And don't look at it like you are having to let people down. You've gone beyond the call of duty recently, you have given of your time, energy and sanity, when you probably should have been looking after yourself first.
Please do the right thing for yourself. You need time out and someone to look after you. Please speak to your pdoc or T, or alternatively take yourself to a hospital. After you've done something harmful to yourself, or really hit burnout, the road to recovery will just be harder and longer...
Thinking of you

*sigh* I agree with sugahorse...I hate to because it feels like we're ganging up on you. But I've so been there, completely overextended myself so much that I ended up in the hospital... 6 months later I finally felt safe to leave my room and come out into the rest of the house. I don't want that for you. Please, please take some time to take care of yourself.

Hey sweetie. If you could, please check out post #82 in sugahorse's "Please talk to me - anyone" thread. Same for you. Same for all of us. And It's something I struggle with too...
