My holistic medicine doctor made me stop eating wheat several weeks ago. I've been avoiding milk for years (I'm lactose intolerant). It's interesting the changes you notice. She said I would have less problems with other things if I eliminated wheat and I have noticed I can eat a mild amount of dairy now with no problems. I'm not sure it's enough to change my meds but it certainly makes me feel better although I'm not sure the change is enough to justify the things I have to do to eat without wheat. I live in west Texas.... people look at me like I'm crazy and most of my shopping has to be done at the health food stores which charge an arm and a leg for gluten free products. But everything effects people differently. I'm glad you're seeing results.

thanks. I know it's really not all that easy...but I'll take the challenge of eating gluten free vs. miserable when i do eat. it does get pricey buying gluten free but it is well worth it for my health.
