I wish I knew why you were screaming, so I could lend you support and offer you some advice. But in any case, it's good that you're not keeping your emotions locked up inside. Sometimes people just need to yell and curse, and it can help.......I hope it helped.

Hey, it's OK! Where I work, sometimes folks scream so they shake the windows, and you know what, that's fine! I sit and wait until they are done, because then they feel a lot better. What's up, hon? What hurts so much? Warm huggss to let you know it's OK to scream.
