My moods are all over the place today. One minute I am happy the next minute I am sad ugh....just stay one way already! lol
Christmas Eve was always our family day. My brother and his wife and kids would come to the house and we would open presents and have a big dinner. We had such a good time. But since my mom died, everything has changed. My dad moved and now lives with my brother. My brother and I got into a huge fight a year ago and we really don't talk to each other. So here I sit all alone on Christmas Eve while they have their dinner and open gifts. But, on the bright side, my brother did invite my to go to his mother in laws tomorrow for dinner so at least I will be with my family tomorrow. But it doesn't make today any easier

OK Let's all go on the count of three and take a sedative! than we can all be chill together......j/k (meds are not the answer) i hope the day goes smoothly for you skully and for everyone else. I have a breakfast to go to that has been pushed beack to 9:30. which means now i have to spend more time withthem....grrr.....

Everything turned out fine. Christmas eve was a sad time but Christmas day was awesome. Being with my family really lifted my spirits, even though my brother kept his distance. I still have a very good day

Skully, I have been thinking about you and your moving. I know that they extended they benefits in Texas. Did you get your benefits extended so that you have money now for your move? If you have not heard you might want to check - I called last week and talked to an unemployment rep and they said the benefits were extended until 2012. Just not sure how each state does it. Good LUCK!
