I will be around tonight but not between 8 and 9. Survivor is on tv. My favourite show second only to the Amazing Race. The both started a new season last week so I am a happy camper again. lol

I am going to take a break now for a few hours. I need to go and pick up my son from the gym and make some dinner before survivor is on.

Maybe I will catch up with you later. If not tomorrow for sure... here or on phoebe chat. Meanwhile do check out the thread here on PC. Lots of phoebe watchers there too.

Oh my god. I just laughed harder than I have in years and years. A couple friends and I have been sending funny facebook posts and laughing until our faces and throats hurt so much! Banging our heads and hands on the table. Still laughing on the phone.... We're gonna die! Hahahaha

No I didn't . Haven't been home. Good to know.

I feel anxious again! My ears are closing up again. I Found this link interesting. Not sure what to make of it, but it seems my symptoms ate lithium-related, anyway. http://www.drugs.com/sfx/lithium-side-effects.html

Interesting... I started a thread here to ask people to share with me their experiences with lithium. A pdoc I saw recently suggested lithium for me. I was reminded by folks who responded to my thread that like any medication what works for one might not work for another. A side effect for one may not effect another.

It probably would be a good idea to consult your dr as soon as possible.

I am sorry you feel anxious today. Breath hun. Your ears may be reacting to your anxiety so focus on your breathing anytime you feel the anxiety rising and see if you can calm yourself a little bit that way. It helps me to be mindful of my breathing when I feel the anxiety rising. I hope things get easier as the day goes on.

I will be around today off and on. Its a beautiful sunny day and the snow is glissening so I am heading out for some of nature's therapy. I also have a doctor appointment this afternoon and a sick boy at home so my time is tight today.

I will check in when I have the chance. Take good care.

I see my pdoc on Monday or Tuesday. Too late to call today. I do have writing good and bad down that my T suggested. Thing us I'm not sure why I'd be anxious.

Does it matter why? Trying to figure that out can just increase the anxiety. Try sitting with the anxiety instead and try to give your brain a rest.

It works better for me then trying to identify why I am anxious or depressed or cognitively confused. It is what it is and all you can really do in the midst of it is to acknowledge how you are feeling and counter it with a coping mechanism, like breathing and reviewing the T suggestions.

Is there any chance you can call your pdoc tomorrow so you don't have to wait out the weekend with things going as they are right now?

I would doubt it. I feel like I'm both low on lithium and ovedosed. And honestly I have sex on the brain. It's very difficult not to just visit ex BF considering he's a 3-minute drive from home.
