Got 1/2 a page done!!!!! YAY!!!!! Now want to play!!!! It's only 2.30pm but I want to call it quits for the day.... my brain is exhausted!!!!!!

Aiming for 1/2 a page a day or so.... then it will be ready for corrections at the end of the week.... (hopefully)

AWESOME!!! I am sure by honouring your limits, pacing yourself and rewarding yourself with play time will get you to your destination in tact and no worse for the wear.

Holding you up in my prayers. May you have clarity of mind and peace of spirit to keep it all in perspective one day at a time.

We must have a party on April 1st to celebrate your achievement. No foolin' lol

Have hit another hurdle.... and not getting anywhere fast. Plus I feel really sick today.... don't know whether to keep on pushing or to take a break....

I want to throw a tantrum and lie on the floor kicking and screaming "I can't do it, I can't do it!!!!" Struggling so much to get every word, every sentence done... don't know how I am going to manage....

I am so sorry the thesis is causing you so much stress. I vote for taking a health day. You may feel you can't afford the time but you will make it up if you can come back to it with less stess dogging you. Please take care of yourself. I hpe you can get some rest tonight. We are all pulling for you.

Didn't hand it in.... it was too unfinished (and crappy) will hand it in today no matter what.... Still struggling but not wanting to cry all the time when I look at it any more.....

Continued best wishes as you struggle through. My hope is that it will become easier. Being able to look at without crying is pretty significant. With you all the way. May all the days of March travel slowly through time. Blessings and thanks again for you support today. I really appreciated it.

Unfortunately I'm in the souther hemisphere so the days are getting shorter!!!!!
Got the draft back and it wasn't as tragic as I was dreading.... a dozen or so points to work on - but not too bad....

Oh geesh I forgot you were down under. I guess that stategy won't work. Great news about the draft. Hey try this one. Put something yellow infront of you. It is a very calming colour. I painted my office yellow and it is amazing how much more relaxing it is. People even comment on how it feels to be in here.

What a relief hey. Hope that provides some encouragement going forward. You are doing good work and now you even have proof.

The walls of my office are yellow too (they came that way)!!!!! It just got really dark and cloudy so I feel llike sleeping, think I might skip out early and take a break for the afternoon.....

I'm sorry you are so stressed, blackpup! Sounds like you are getting good advice, though. Exercise (like yoga) calms me sometimes, as does trying to just focus on one, concrete, issue at a time (trying to ignore outside thoughts and feelings and just zone out to my work). I hope the panic attacks ease up. Those are terrible!

Unico: thanks for your great advice, exercise does seem to help - I have started going outside for a shot walk round the block when I get too stressed, it really helps me relax and concentrate...
Things are alot better now that I have handed in my draft, I don't feel like crying everytime I sit at my computer anymore !!! The panic attacks have mostly stopped which is great
Better get to work... one step at a time...
