Slept from 10:30pm to 1:30am, had a nightmare, kicked my husband and now I'm up.

I just did some dishes that were irking me and took another xanax and hoping I will get tired soon. My husband snores...we both do and wear earplugs, but i could still hear him even with them so it's annoying. I need to get better ones...

I slept before i took the stuff, hopefully I will sleep without it soon!

Hello there!
I was on seroquel for a while and the same thing happened to me when I stopped it...It did go away completely after the first week or two though

Hope your sleep goes back to normal soon

Thanks SadRobot - I took a benadryl last night with my ambien and xanax - i was tossing and turning all night, plus a wicked stomach ache (which i think was from pilates, not from withdrawal or anything) so i didn't have very good sleep. I know this is temporary, and i don't have anywhere to be today so I'm planning to take a nap in a little bit.
Crossing my fingers and toes that it doesn't last 200 long!!

I had real difficulties sleeping when I came off Seroquel... it got easier after a few weeks.

Unfortunately I ended up Manic but that's a whole different story

Didn't sleep the second night either but I keep telling myself not to stress about it.
had stomach issues yesterday and then threw out my back so had muscle relaxers and pain killer in me and got about 6 hours of sleep last night. Hoping that will get me back into sleep cycle.
Thanks for this!

When I forget a dose I can never sleep. In fact, yesterday I was up till two in the blesed AM, wondering why I wasn't at all sleepy. Finally the penny dropped and I realised I'd forgotten take my seroquel. I knew it was going to wreck me today, but I took the meds very late/early, and finally got to sleep sometime after three. My son fortunately spent the day with friends, so I was able to go back to bed.

You have my sympathy jadedmoonbeam... it's not just sleeplessness, but it's a horrible itchy kind of sleeplessness, when you can't settle down toread or concentrate on anything. Hope you're feeling better soon.
