For something really bad to happen to me any time now. Anyone else ever experience this? I know I am feeling this way ONLY because I am so happy right now, in this moment. Good Night. Kristen.

Hi Kristen. I read your blog. It's a heart wrenching and touching story. I'm glad you have found a beautiful life in Colorado Springs. When you are used to having it so traumatic for so long, it can seem like something is too good to be true when it comes right.
Yes, I experience this too sometimes.

Yes, I get worked up about when things are going good or I'm up that it won't last...it is really hard to think of it as an ebb and flow instead of up and down

I have this feeling as well Kristen...i believe it's a result from years of bipolar cycling ("Bi-Cycling"). (for me it's 30 years of cycling - ((watch out Lance Armstrong!!!)) I mean....if you have an INCREDIBLE time being MANIC ((god knows i DO!!!) and then BOOM>>> YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR IT by crashing into depression HELL: that ominous...."something bad is going to happen" is pretty much self-prophecy at it's finest...UNLESS you keep on the meds!
