I CAN'T keep up with my freaking brain anymore!!! My hypomania has decreased, but I just have so many things to do all at once and so many things on my mind along with constant changes and last-minute things.
I don't even think I am making any sense right now.
It's just that my mind is always three steps ahead of my body and it's making me so freaking anxious because I can't keep up.
I use various relaxation methods, but they only last so long. They way I feel, I'd have to meditate all day long to stay calm.

I hear you! I headed up yesterday just in time for a presentation today...ugh...I had so much firing in my mind it was hard to make it through the presentation and feel like I made sense....

One thing I use with having so many thoughts is "Mindmapping"

Hang in there...

Is it kind of like a mixed episode? SO much going on, yet nothing productive?

To me it is organized brainstorming...

From Wikipedia...A mind map is a diagram used to represent words, ideas, tasks, or other items linked to and arranged around a central key word or idea. Mind maps are used to generate, visualize, structure, and classify ideas, and as an aid in study, organization, problem solving, decision making, and writing..
