I just read a book about a woman living with bipolar and I wanted to share it with all of you. Its called MY KIND OF CRAZY: LIVING IN A BIPOLAR WORLD.
It was a real good book I finished it in one night. |

I used to have The Bipolar Workbook, and I thought it was great. And another called something like Everything You Need to Know About Depression and Bipolar. Danille Steel wrote a biography on her son who was dx with BP too; busy reading that |

I got a book from the library called "The Everything Health Guide to Adult Bipolar Disorder" by Dean A. Hancock, PhD. Is that the one you mean? I'm reading it now and it's pretty good.
