What time is it, do I have an appointment or can I go back to sleep? If I can't sleep then where's the coffee.

I always think to myself, "Well another day to ge through", followed by, "I need coffee".

What do you 1st think of when you open your eyes in the morning?

Well when the alarm goes off at 5:10am I knock it up to about 10 more minutes and fall back asleep the alarm goes off at 5:20am and I lay in bed for another 5 minutes battling over where I am going to stop for coffee on the way to work.

The first thought is that I SHOULD be grateful for another day of life and the second thought is when is this depression going to end.

I hate to say this, but on most mornings, between when I first wake up and after my shower, I pray for sweet death. I think that anything, including death, can be better than my life.

As the morning progresses, my mood (usually) lifts. It really depends if I'm depressed or manic. My bipolar is more on the depressive side. But if I'm manic, I jump out of bed feeling good and full of optimism.

I think "what am I going to do today?" Depending on my mood I either sit around smoking or I'm thinking up ideas of stuff to do. Yep, bipolar here!
