Get as much sleep as you can, and back into a routine. Please try find someone you can talk to. It is a lonely road to go on alone. I'm with you here.

mel, You are going through so much and you need someone IRL to talk to to help you through it all.

I'll put you in my thoughts for a soft landing.

Hi Mel. Seroquel XR made me numb, but I am also on the reg. Seroquel that I take at bedtime. The numbness or the tired feeling usually pass with time. Give it some time to work and your body will most likely adjust to the side effects.
