....been years since I have experienced this...I don't know whats goin on thats different. I almost kicked the crap out of my wife the other day. I am a blackbelt in karate and it would not have been a pretty site. I have been highly trained to control my emotions because I worked with the criminally insane for 23 years as a psych nurse and substance abuse counselor. Ughhhh!

Are you seeing anyone about your BP, like a therapist or a psychiatrist? If you're not, you should probably go to a county support group that either discusses BP or anger management coping strategies. I have gone through rage fits myself, but thankfully I don't have any martial arts or intensive physical training to where I could seriously hurt anyone or land myself into serious trouble. You, however, need to ensure that your mind doesn't get the best of you because your body might not know to slow down before you've already done something you can't take back. Please be careful & perhaps practice some deep breathing. A bit of rational thinking never hurt, either. Peace be to you!!
