thanks kindachaotic and sugar horse.
I used to workout 7 days week twice a day . My dietician for anorexia told me no more exercising or burning calories. I think if I stick with yoga in moderation it will help. Yes I think my mood is still out of wack. Hopefully exercise will help get me stable again. haha It was sure hard work while feeling so drugged out. Hey I guess that's something I can be proud I did. Didn't think of that. I've been taking my fish oil and vitamins also, hoping it will pay off, makes my skin nice too ![]() thanks for all the support and encouragement, it means lots right now to me. |

Can't sleep ugh, four am , have to be up at 7. This is not a good sign. Just knitting and knitting

I made it through the weekend. Have app with t tomorrow, now I am nervous.

On the bus on the way to my app. I hate busses. Also I have completely changed my mind, do not want to go see t at all!! It's embarrassing talking about all this in real life. Ughh!!
