take meds for bi-polar then DID pops out no meds for this dx whats the use of trying , feeling doomed then the alters pop up

We want to , but until Tuesday she's out of comission her hubby had a kidney transplant and she went to Pittsburg back on Tuesday so all I have is you guys to get me through, hope I won't be to much of a burdon (sp) crap I can't even spell now
