Have been feeling like **** for days now. Had a little episode on a night out at the weekend and ended up storming out of a club in the early hours with no coat, no purse, no phone, no keys. And a huge downer on the Sunday, the "no energy to do anything, just want to curl up and die" kind. Then horribly hyped-up yesterday - the negative kind, where everything made me more angry and desperate to do something extreme to make it stop.
In the meantime... My manager has arranged some self-harm training for our department on Thurs... Is it pure coincidence that now all I want to do is reach for the scissors?? |

I understand feeling like this. It's rubbish...
Try and keep away from the scissors. Maybe the training will help. What's your job?

I work in a school... don't want to say any more as I'm still paranoid someone I know will stumble across my posts and figure out it's me!
I had a meeting which coincided with the training so I was able to miss it. Just think it would have been too much at the moment. I'm already waiting for the weather to turn that little bit colder so that I can start wearing jumpers all the time - means I have the option of cutting if needed, without being found out. |
