I've been wondering about something similar myself and someone mentioned "executive dysfuction disorder", which I never heard of before, but makes sense in my case, I think. I found this link on google about it, on an ADD site, it sounds like a problem with planning and organizing, but is separate from ADD. I am still just trying to learn about it...

seems they have name for everything these days.

Sadly, I still don't know what to do with my falser beginner level in Russia and PragueGuide licence.... and other things I am simply too lazy to finis...
